As a production manager at our laundry in Arlandastad, you will be responsible for the daily operations and production planning in the laundry. You will have experienced team leaders in your team and report to the production manager at the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily staffing planning based on forecasts and budgets to ensure deliveries to our customers.
• Daily management (DPM) and workplace meetings
• Follow production plans and set goals and report, follow up and report results based on established KPIs
• Actively engage in development and change work regarding quality and production
• Responsible for handling complaints at the laundry
• Ensure that established instructions/routines are anchored and followed in production.
• Conduct employee interviews and participate in evaluations related to salary reviews and adjustments.
• Recruitment of production staff and introduction and training of new employees
• Together with the production manager/site manager/regional manager/HR, be responsible for rehabilitation cases.
• Reporting and handling of internal deviations, improvement proposals in our management system and reporting incidents and accidents.
• Collaboration with other managers in the group, project leaders, and sales organization, and maintain a good and professional relationship with colleagues at the laundry.
• Ensure that quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work is carried out according to established routines.
• Be responsible for coordinating work according to applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, company policies, ethical guidelines, and other regulations regarding internal norms and procedures, and drive the work in accordance with the management system for ISO 14001, 9001, and 45001.

You have:

• Good knowledge of the Office suite and business/production systems
• Reporting experience
• Experience with management systems for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, as well as 5S and Lean.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, labor law, rehabilitation processes, and other HR-related activities
• An analytical ability
